📦 Shipping Lead Time
We usually ship your order within 3–7 business days after your payment has been confirmed.
🗓️ Business Days & Shipping Schedule
Our business days are Monday to Friday (Japan Time).
We are closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and Japanese national holidays due to courier service limitations.
💰 Shipping Fees
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order and the destination country.

EMS (Japan Post) – Asia & Middle East only
A lower-cost option for parcels up to 2 kg: USD $14 (up to 1 kg) / USD $22 (1–2 kg). Heavier orders ship by courier.
The shipping option name at checkout shows how duties and taxes are handled for your destination:
・“Duties & Taxes Collected at Checkout”: all import duties and taxes are collected at checkout, and no extra payment is required upon delivery.
・“Import Duties & Taxes Payable on Delivery”: duties and taxes are not collected at checkout; any applicable import duties, taxes, and fees will be charged by the carrier or local customs upon delivery.
🚢 Shipping Carriers & Estimated Delivery Time
- FedEx: Approximately 2–5 business days
- EMS (Japan Post): Approximately 3–7 business days
All shipments include a tracking number.
📄 Customs Duty & Import Taxes
For supported destinations, including the United States, the European Union, Norway, Switzerland, Iceland and New Zealand, import duties, taxes, and fees (including VAT and GST) are automatically calculated and collected at checkout.
We comply with international regulations and do not underdeclare item values or mark shipments as “gifts”.
Shipments to Asia, the UAE, Canada, Australia, and the United Kingdom are sent on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis: duties and taxes are not collected at checkout, and any applicable import duties, taxes, or customs fees will be charged by the carrier or local customs authorities upon delivery and are the responsibility of the recipient.

🌐 Duties, Taxes & De Minimis Thresholds
Our store follows local De Minimis rules, which differ from country to country. For example:
- United States: All orders are subject to import duties, which are collected at checkout.
- United Kingdom: Orders under 135 GBP may be exempt from customs duties (VAT applies to all orders).
- European Union: Since 1 July 2026 there is no duty-free threshold for parcels from outside the EU. Duties and VAT on every EU order are calculated and collected at checkout, so nothing more is due on delivery.
- Singapore: Orders under 400 SGD may be exempt from import duties.
