About payment methods

The following payment methods are supported by this site.

◆ Credit Card

VISA, Mastercard, American Express, and JCB brands are accepted for payment.

◆ Google Pay

If you are using Google Chrome to view this site, you can pay using your Google Pay account. Please select Google Pay from Express Checkout on the payment page.

◆ Apple Pay

If you are using an iPhone, iPad, or Mac, you can use Apple Pay to make payments on the web in Safari. Please select Apple Pay from Express Checkout on the payment page.

◆ PayPal

You can pay using a credit card, debit card, or bank account (account transfer) registered in your PayPal account.

◆ Shop Pay

If you have a Shop account, you can check out with your saved details by selecting Shop Pay from Express Checkout on the payment page.

Shipping and Handling

Shipping carrier: FedEx (international courier, with tracking); EMS by Japan Post is also available for Asia & the Middle East (parcels up to 2 kg)

Dispatch time: Orders are shipped within 3–7 business days (excluding weekends and Japanese national holidays).

Shipping fees:

・Calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order and the destination country.

About cancellations

◆ Cancellations at the customer's convenience are generally not accepted.

◆ You may request a cancellation within 2 hours of completing your purchase, provided the order has not yet been shipped.

Conditions for returns and exchanges

Returns and refunds are accepted only if the item arrives defective, damaged, or different from what you ordered, and you contact us within 3 days of the delivery date shown in the carrier’s tracking. See our Return & Refund Policy for details.

We will pay for the return shipping costs for initial defects or damage.
