Ordering & payment
Q. Which countries do you ship to?
We ship from Japan to 24 countries and regions: the United States and Canada; the United Kingdom, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, the Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, Sweden, Norway, Switzerland and Iceland; Hong Kong, Taiwan, South Korea, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Macau and the UAE; Australia and New Zealand. If your country is not listed, we cannot deliver there yet. We do not ship within Japan. See the full list on the International Shipping Rates page.
Q. Which payment methods can I use?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and PayPal. All prices are in US dollars; your card issuer converts to your local currency. Details are in the User Guide.
Q. Is there a maximum order amount?
Yes. Orders are currently limited to US$6,500 in items per order (the item subtotal, before shipping and duties). If your cart is over this amount, please remove some items to check out.
Q. Can I combine several orders into one shipment?
No. Each order is packed and shipped separately, and we cannot combine separate orders into one shipment. To have items shipped together, put them in one cart and check out once (up to US$6,500 in items per order).
Q. Can I cancel my order?
You can request a cancellation within 2 hours of purchase (Japan time). After that, or once the order has shipped, we cannot cancel it. Refunds for cancelled orders are processed within 1–10 business days. See the Cancel Policy.
Q. I forgot my coupon code, or I want to change the payment method.
For system reasons, coupon codes cannot be applied and payment methods cannot be changed after payment is complete. Please check both before you confirm the order.
Shipping & delivery
Q. How much is shipping?
Shipping is calculated at checkout from the total weight of your order and the destination. The full weight-based rate tables for every country we ship to are on the International Shipping Rates page.
Q. How long does delivery take?
Orders are packed and dispatched within 3–7 business days after payment is confirmed. FedEx then takes about 2–5 business days; Japan Post EMS (available for Asia and the Middle East, parcels up to 2 kg) takes about 3–7 business days. Business days are Monday to Friday, Japan time. See the Shipping Policy.
Q. Can I track my parcel?
Yes. Every shipment includes tracking. You will receive the tracking number by email when your order ships.
Q. When are you closed?
We are closed on Saturdays, Sundays and Japanese national holidays. Shipping and support pause for several days during Golden Week (late April to early May), Obon (mid-August) and the New Year holidays (late December to early January). Orders placed on closed days are handled on the next business day. See Business Days for the calendar.
Customs duties & taxes
Q. Will I have to pay customs duties or tax when my parcel arrives?
It depends on the destination, and the shipping option shown at checkout tells you which applies:
- “Duties & Taxes Collected at Checkout” (the United States, the European Union, Norway, Switzerland, Iceland and New Zealand): all import duties and taxes are included in your checkout total, so nothing more is due on delivery. For the EU this applies to every order: since 1 July 2026 there is no duty-free threshold for parcels from outside the EU, and we collect the duties and VAT at checkout instead of the carrier charging you on delivery.
- “Import Duties & Taxes Payable on Delivery” (the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, Asia and the UAE): duties and taxes are not collected at checkout. The carrier or local customs may charge them when the parcel arrives, and they are the recipient’s responsibility.
Country-by-country notes, including de minimis thresholds, are on the Import Duties & Tax Guide.
Q. Can you mark my parcel as a gift or lower the declared value?
No. We declare the actual value on every shipment and never mark orders as gifts. Parcels refused at customs because duties were not paid cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Cards & condition
Q. Are the cards Japanese?
Yes. Every card we sell is the Japanese-language version, sourced and shipped from Japan. Set codes in brackets in the product title (for example [SV4a]) tell you which Japanese set the card is from.
Q. What do the condition grades mean?
Each card is graded by our in-house standard, and you choose the grade (A / A- / B / C / D) from the Condition options on the product page; only grades in stock can be selected. The Condition Guidelines page explains each grade with examples, so please read it before ordering.
Q. How do I find a specific card?
Use Shop by Set to browse a set card by card, or type the card name, card number (for example 233/193) or set code (for example M6a) into the search bar. New listings appear under New Arrivals.
Returns & problems
Q. My card arrived damaged, or I received the wrong item.
Please contact us within 3 days of the delivery date shown in the carrier’s tracking, with your order number and clear photos of the item. Returns and refunds are available for defective or incorrectly shipped items. Every item is photographed before it ships so we can check quickly. See the Return & Refund Policy.
Q. Can I return a card because I changed my mind?
No. We cannot accept returns for personal reasons such as ordering the wrong card, a change of preference, or a card looking different from what you expected. Please check the set code, card number and condition grade before ordering.
Q. My parcel seems to be lost or stuck.
Check the tracking link in your shipping email first. If there has been no movement for several days, contact us with your order number and we will follow up with the carrier.
